About the Author Dale Chihuly is recognized as the most important artist working in the medium of glass. He has won numerous awards, and in 1986 became one of only four Americans to be honored by a one-man exhibition at the Louvre in Paris. I've bought two of these calendars annually for many years now. I stagger them on the wall so I can see two month's affairs at one time. The photographs of the art never fail to please, the metal grommet helps with longevity, and there is ample space to make notes. They also seem to release these calendars quite early which helps with the planning for next year's concert series. All-in-all, it's wonderful to find a staple item which one can rely on and which is also so visually pleasing. A+++++
